First teased in November 2021, the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Heritage” is finally set to release in May. Ahead of the retro’s launch, the colorway has emerged via official images in Grade School, Preschool, Toddler and Crib sizes.
Clad in the same “White/University Red/Black” hues that make up the silhouette’s inaugural “Chicago” style (which is rumored to return in October), the “Heritage” offering reimagines much of the forefoot and mid-foot areas. Toe boxes indulge in the aforementioned ruby flair, while the surrounding panels opt for a “colorless” look that resembles the fragment x Travis Scott x Jordan 1 High that released in July 2021 – a pair inspired by one of the earliest samples of Peter Moore’s 1985 creation. Profile swooshes, ankle flaps and lower heel overlays, then, boast stark “University Red” contrast, leaving the collar underlays and “Wings” insignias on the lateral ankle to revel in a “Black” tone that rounds out the Chicago Bulls-friendly Jordan 1.
Enjoy official images of all kids’ offerings ahead, as you wait to try your luck at a pair(s) on May 25th.
Elsewhere under the NIKE, Inc. umbrella, the Air Max 97 celebrates its 25th anniversary throughout the year.
