And David Beckham, 47, gave fans an insight into how he keeps his muscular physique in a Instagram video on Monday.

In the video, the premier league pro showed an insight into the new workout he has created in partnership with F45 gyms.

The former Manchester United midfielder donned a pair of white Adidas shorts and a complementing T-shirt for the workout, showing off his toned legs and impressive range of tattoos.

He worked up a sweat during the session, completing a range of exercises – including box jumps, elevated lunges, burpees.

David explained his eagerness to share the workout in the caption, writing: ‘Got to create my own workout with @gunnarfitness for @f45_training, can’t wait for you all to try it’

The workout is going to be available as a class at F45’s fitness centres, and is inspired by real training that David used while he was playing football professionally.

David also took to his Story to share an insight into the class, showing a filled F45 studio trying it out.

The video comes as David is in Miami for the F1 Grand Prix, which took place on Sunday.

He shared a slew of snaps from the day, which he attended with 19-year-old son Romeo and his girlfriend Mia Regan – as the family showed their support for McLaren’s racing team.

David posed for a trackside snap with racing pro Lewis Hamilton, Tom Brady and Michael Jordan.

He even took a chance to show off his own sporting skills backstage, challenging Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc to a game of keepie uppies.

In a video shared to Romeo’s story, David showed he still had his game with some fancy footwork – before the pair went in for a hug to end the friendly game.
