Golf glamour girl Paige Spiranac stuns in a VERY daring outfit as she celebrates being named the world’s sexiest woman – and tipping Cam Smith to win the British Open

  • She caught the eye in a daring outfit at Florida Hot 100 function
  • The Instagram phenomenon tipped Cam Smith to win the British Open

Former professional golfer Paige Spiranac lived up to her title as the world’s sexiest woman when she attended Maxim magazine’s Hot 100 party in an eye-catching outfit on Sunday.

The 29-year-old social media star wore a see-through skirt studded with gemstones, black bikini bottoms and nothing but a black bra on top as she walked the red carpet at the Hyde Beach lounge in Miami, Florida.

She was named the sexiest woman on the planet by the magazine in June, becoming the first sports star to take top spot in the publication’s famous Hot 100 list.

‘Had so much fun at the @MaximMag hot 100 party last night! Still in shock to see my face on the cover!’ she tweeted shortly after the event.

Spiranac left little to the imagination in a barely-there outfit as she celebrated topping Maxim’s Hot 100 list at a party in Miami

When she first learned she'd won the honour, the 29-year-old thought the magazine had made a mistake: 'I kept asking them, are you sure?'

Like golf fans the world over, Spiranac was then glued to the action at St Andrews as Aussie Cam Smith staged a come-from-behind win for the ages to overcome a four-shot gap to the leaders on the final day’s play and win the sport’s oldest and most prestigious prize.

Before the action started at the Royal & Ancient club, the Instagram phenomenon told her millions of followers she was picking either Smith, John Rohm or Shane Lowry to take victory.

And when she proved to be right on the money, she tweeted: ‘Congrats to Cam Smith for a historic win. And congrats to myself for picking him to win.’

When Spiranac first found out about the Maxim honour, she thought there might have been a mistake.

‘I am so honored by being named the sexiest woman alive by @maximmag this year! I kept asking them, “Are you sure?” because I was truly in disbelief,’ she wrote.

Sadly, not everyone was happy with her taking out the title, and she soon shut down a troll with an awesome comeback.

One Twitter user believed she wasn’t pretty enough to be in contention for the accolade.

‘@PaigeSpiranac has a horse head. Honestly. Dude has a long face,’ they commented.

She replied with a photo from her Maxim shoot with a horse head Photoshopped in place of her own and the caption ‘Seabiscuit Spiranac’, referring to the famous American racehorse.

In June, Spiranac weighed in on golf’s most controversial issue: players taking huge amounts of money to join the Saudi-backed LIV rebel competition, which is headed by Australian legend Greg Norman.

‘I wouldn’t do it,’ she told the Bunkered podcast when she was asked if she’d throw her lot in with the breakaway tour.

‘A lot of people are like, “Bulls**t, you would do it for a certain amount of money”, but I think about things and my career and, like, I wouldn’t sign up for OnlyFans because morally, it just doesn’t align with what I’m doing.

‘I could sign up today and probably make millions and millions of dollars but, for me, it’s not about the money.’
